Set back from the street on a pedestrian walkway, on Presidente Ortiz and the intersection Alvear, you will be staying in one of the most beautiful, safest and swankiest locations.
Recoleta has been home to the Buenos Aires elite since the XIX century; it boasts French style boulevards, fashionable restaurants, cafés, boutiques and art galleries. Our apartments are only two blocks away from Avenida Alvear’s couture stores such as Vuitton, Armani, Cartier, Valentino and Hermes.
The apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors both are sunny and bright, with views of green squares that are overlooked by Recoleta Cemetery, Basilica Del Pilar and the Recoleta Cultural Centre. This folks is the best view in Buenos Aires.
The apartment has an entire floor with a lift to your door, leading to a small open plan reception area and guest bathroom; to your right is a large drawing room, with plasma TV, DVD, a surround sound system and access to a sunny balcony that offers a truly magnificent view of the beautiful white Basilica Del Pilar.
On entering, to your left is a large fully fitted luxury kitchen and dining room with every high grade appliance you might need for either a short or long term Buenos Aires Stay. The only difference between the two apartments is one has an office/third bedroom/staffroom with en-suite bathroom and the other has a much larger eat-in Kitchen.
There are two tastefully decorated double bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has the flexibility of being twin single beds or a king size – just let us know.
The apartments have WiFi internet, air conditioning and maid service.
No young children or Animals – smoking allowed on the balcony.
