The Buenos Aires local authorities seemed to have contained the Swine flu well from what I read and if they can vaccinate during this summer and winter they might well avoid joining a nasty pandemic.

I think the Swine flu problem will rumble on and on and you are right when saying winter in the northern hemisphere is going to be difficult. Of course, the immunisation of large population groups is never easy.

Today in the Sunday papers they claim about 40% of the US work force will succumb to Swine Flu and already self medicating with anti-flu meds’ is leading to drug resistance.
