This is the southernmost city of the world and the capital of the province of Tierra del Fuego, Antártida and South Atlantic Islands. It is located on the border of the Beagle Channel, surrounded by the Martial Mounts offering incredible landscapes made up by mountains, sea, glaciers and woods, with the silhouette of the Andes Mountain Range as background.

Its architecture style display a mixture between modern constructions and wooden houses with gabled sheet metals roofs. In spite of its location, the weather in Usuahia is not as severe as it seems due the mountains and the sea soften it.

On winter tourists can enjoy of practicing different styles of skiing on the several winter centers such as Mount Castor central park, where Alpine and Cross-country style can be practiced. On summer the city is perfect for practicing adventure tourism activities, such as trekking, horse riding, mountain biking, sport fishing and wonderful tours along the Beagle Channel, Cape Horn and also to Argentinean Antártida.

Usuahia concentrates a very good lodging and gastronomic infrastructure too. The most required dish for tourist is the traditional spider crab.
